This website is aimed at companies in Switzerland. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

Accessing the website

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically creates server log files. The data recorded comprises the IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the volume of data transferred, the referrer URL and browser and operating system information.

Purpose: technical operation, stability and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Under the revFADP, processing is based on an overriding private interest.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When the website is accessed, technical access data is processed on Netlify servers. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Transfers to the USA are made on the basis of the safeguards provided by Netlify under Art. 46 GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website).

Contact enquiries

When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the details you provide (in particular your name, company, contact details and the content of your message) are processed in order to handle your enquiry. This website does not use a contact form.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Retention period: until your enquiry has been fully processed, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact via WhatsApp

The website contains a link to WhatsApp. Clicking it redirects you to a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data is only transmitted to the provider once you are there; we have no influence over that processing. You may alternatively contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Processing within client engagements

In the course of consulting engagements, the contact details of contact persons and the documents required to provide the services are processed. This data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties unless this is required to fulfil the contract or prescribed by law.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Retention follows the periods under commercial and tax law.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services.

Fonts and external resources

Fonts are served locally by the server. No connection to third-party servers takes place.

Data subjects have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

The website is delivered over a TLS-encrypted connection (HTTPS). Data transmitted is thereby protected against access by third parties during transmission.

This privacy policy is updated when changes to the website or to legal requirements make this necessary.
